Educational Qualification and Work Experience Required

Executive Director (Traction)

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics.
• Minimum 22 years of Group ‘A’ executive service in Railways, PSUs, or metro rail projects.
• At least 5 years’ experience at a senior level in power transmission or traction systems.

Executive Director (Systems)

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 22 years of Group ‘A’ executive service with 5 years in planning, tendering, and execution of rolling stock or signaling components.

Chief Engineer (Rolling Stock/Traction)

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience with 5 years at senior levels in relevant projects.

Deputy Chief Engineer (Various Fields)

• BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering fields like Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Civil.
• 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in large-scale procurement, tendering, and project execution.

BMRCL Recruitment 2024 Salary

• Executive Director: ₹ 2,81,250 per month (consolidated).
• Chief Engineer: ₹ 2,06,250 per month (consolidated).
• Deputy Chief Engineer: ₹ 1,40,000 per month (consolidated).
