NCLT Court Officer & Other Vacancies Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

1. Court Officer and Private Secretary

  • Must be a government officer working in Central/State Government or Courts with analogous posts regularly.
    • Experience in court or administrative matters.
    • A degree in Law is preferred.

2. Senior Legal Assistant

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university.
    • Minimum of 5 years of service in Level-6 pay matrix or analogous posts.

3. Assistant and Record Assistant

  • Working under Central or State Governments or Courts with six years of regular service in Level-5.
    • Knowledge of computer operations is mandatory.

4. For Stenographer Grade-II

  • Holding analogous posts with dictation skills of 100 WPM and transcription at 50 WPM.
    • Minimum of 6 years of regular service in Level-5 pay matrix.

5. For Cashier and Staff Car Driver

  • Cashier: Must have completed cash and accounts training with at least 5 years of service in Level-3.
    • Driver: 10th pass with 3 years of experience driving motor vehicles, a valid driving license, and knowledge of motor mechanisms.

Age Limit

  • The maximum age limit for all positions is 56 years as of the closing date of application.
